Shareholder administration, dividend and shareholding
You should contact either your broker or the company’s registrars, Equiniti Limited ('EQ'). You can access information regarding your shareholding by registering a portfolio at www.shareview.co.uk
You can register for a Shareview Portfolio at www.shareview.co.uk.
To register you will need to locate your 11-digit Shareholder Reference Number which can be found on items of correspondence sent to you by EQ as our Registrar, such as a dividend confirmation or share certificate.
Once you have registered for a Shareview Portfolio and completed the identity checks, you will be able to log on and enjoy the benefits of the Shareview Portfolio including:
• Monitor all your shareholdings (even those that aren't with EQ)
• Manage your personal details and communications preferences
• Buy and sell shares
• Vote at company meetings
• View Tax Vouchers online
• Access info on share incentive plans (SIP) and Save as you Earn schemes (SAYE)
• View statements online
If the value of your lost, stolen, or destroyed share certificate is below £100,000, EQ, the registrar can arrange for the issue of replacement certificates. Simply contact EQ as soon as you can, quoting your shareholder reference number (SRN) if possible, and request a letter of indemnity. You will also need to pay an administration fee and a countersignature fee (which will be dependent on the value of the lost share certificate) to receive a replacement share certificate.
If the value of the missing share certificate is greater than £100,000 you will need to source bespoke indemnity arrangements directly with an appropriate insurance provider before a replacement share certificate will be issued.
If a shareholder passes away their records will need to be updated. By using the free, online Death Notification Service at www.deathnotificationservice.co.uk, you can notify a number of organisations at the same time.
Further information, including a guide on what to do when a shareholder passes away and the services that can support you, is available from www.shareview.co.uk/clients/bereavement.
If you choose to write to EQ, you will need to provide a certified copy of the death certificate, together with the original Grant of Probate (or a sealed office copy), or the Letters of Administration.
Alternatively, you can call EQ, to report the death of a shareholder and speak with an agent directly to discuss the steps required.
The name(s) of the deceased person(s) personal representative(s) will be put on the share register while the estate is finalised. EQ will then place a temporary marker on the register to ensure that wherever possible, they do not issue further dividend payments or other correspondence in the shareholder's name. They will also send you the forms you need to complete.
Contact information on the company’s registrars is available on the Advisers - Dunelm Group plc page.

Dunelm Group plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and if you wish to purchase shares in a LSE listed company you must do so by instructing a broker certified by the Financial Conduct Authority to purchase the shares on your behalf.
There are various types of brokers which offer different share dealing services and charges. You can search the broker directory on the London Stock Exchange website to find a UK retail broker that will suit your needs.
Dunelm’s share price details can be found on the Share Information page.
You can also buy and sell your all or part of your shares easily through your Shareview Portfolio using the dealing services provided by Equiniti Financial Services Limited (EFSL), a retail broker who will deal for shareholders using a share certificate. For further information on these dealing services including rates and charges, terms and conditions etc. please see www.shareview.co.uk/dealing.
To change your name on Dunelm’s records, please send documents confirming this change (for example, your marriage certificate or change of name deed) to EQ.
Further information on the details and supporting documentation required by them can be found on the ‘Register a Name Change’ page under Manage My Shares at www.shareview.co.uk.
You may, at some point, wish to transfer your shares to someone else (for example, your spouse or partner or in an 'off market' sale). As these transactions usually do not involve a stockbroker, you can use a stock transfer form which can be obtained from EQ. Please complete and return to EQ along with your share certificate via registered post.
Where stamp duty is payable, the completed transfer form must be sent to a UK Inland Revenue Stamp Office and the duty paid before it can be forwarded to the EQ.
Where stamp duty is not payable, you will need to complete the form fully, remembering to complete the stamp duty declaration on the reverse. The transfer form and share certificate (totalling at least the number of shares on the transfer) should be forwarded to EQ. Do not worry if the share certificates represent more shares than the transfer. If this is the case, EQ will send you a share certificate representing the balance.
For further information including any applicable fees, please visit the ‘Transfer certificated shares’ page under Manage My Shares on www.shareview.co.uk
Shareholder meetings, reports and results
Details of the next AGM will be available on the AGM - Dunelm Group plc page.
If you are unable to attend the AGM and your shares are registered in your own name, we will send you a proxy form. On the form you should indicate whether you want to vote for or against each of the resolutions due to be decided for the meeting and return the form to the registrars using the instructions provided.
Alternatively, you may name someone else to go the meeting and vote for you as your proxy.
If your shares are registered in the name of your nominee, the nominee will receive the proxy form and you will need to contact your nominee to state your intention of attending ahead of the AGM.
Shareholders can submit their form of proxy electronically via www.shareview.co.uk. If not already done so you will need to create an online portfolio using your Shareholder Reference Number (this is the series of numbers printed on the form of proxy). Full instructions on how to vote are provided on the website.
CREST members who wish to appoint a proxy or proxies by utilising the proxy appointment service may do so for the meeting (and any adjournment thereof) by following the procedures described in the CREST Manual.
