Tackling domestic abuse

In July 2021, we announced our partnership with Retail Trust and Domestic Abuse Alliance (RIADA) and published our first Domestic Abuse Policy. Alongside this Policy we have created an internal manager's guide and training programmes to help our line managers recognise signs of domestic abuse and to help them talk openly and sensitively to our colleagues about what options and support are available.
